Upon renting the unit, we were impressed with the yo uh ng lady that initially helped us. She was professional and friendly. In he 4 months we have had the unit, each time we have gone by, the auto doors were open and we never needed any access codes. On 4/27 1 day after paying our rent early, I took my movers by just to see the unit contents. I could not access. Asked an attendant to help me, I had the key, but no access info. He was very disrespectful, and unhelpful. I dis not want to go into the office ro wait, to be around others dyeing this virus. But I did. Was given mycodes. When I asked another rep about a possible refund for the month because I paid early and now movers can empty it, she suggested asking at the price
So tuesday 4/28 the unit was emptied. I waited inside amongst others, with several not wearing masks. And was told I could not get a refund. Irritating, waste of money. The unit was empty and clean. My fault for being responsible and paying the bill early, I guess.
