Avoid this location at any cost! They did not check-in the truck when we returned it, had to go back the next day and have them do it. Will never use this location again and will probably stick to another business from now on because of this experience.
David CMake sure the truck is checked in before next customer, train all workers how to go into the computer to rent the truck and how to check it back in. I waited an hour to get the truck. Didn't mind because I was a little early picking it up, but the next customer might not have that type of time to wait.
JACQUELINE SLocation was at a small convenience store and the clerk was not interested in accepting the truck. She kept setting me aside in order to check out other customers. It took a long time to get me checked out.
patricia cThe return location was horrible. The lady would not come out an look at the truck. She told me I had to download the app and check it in myself even though it was business hours. However, there was no wifi, and no cell service in that spot. This was just a gas station with no U-Haul signs anywhere, and no other trucks. I even passed it multiple times looking for signs because it was such a bad spot. Even though I took pictures and showed her everything, I still got charged for gas, even though it was clearly above the point I rented it at.
