Make sure you make it clear to customers that they MUST have the U-Haul app on their phone or it is a hassle picking up the vehicle on a Sunday. Took 1 hour to take care of what should only take 15 minutes.

Alfonso HMy only complaint was they advertise plastic wrap at this location and when I got there it was no plastic wrap ☹️
BILLIE RStore was not open when I arrived. The person did not show up until 10 minutes past my reservation time. They were unable to check me out due to “system issues” in their side of the computer. So in the middle of me moving my things and driving they called and had me provide my information then by uploading pictures through a link provided through text which was very inconvenient at that time. The check in process was ridiculous and I wasn’t even checked in properly. Then when it came to checkout time she told me to just drop the keys in the drop box… well when I did I wasn’t aware that I needed to take pictures through the app before dropping the keys into the box. So I had to then call U-Haul to make sure that they got my check out time documented properly so I wouldn’t be charged for that. This experience was completely unprofessional and I will never go to that location again. It was not the location I preferred or selected when reserving my time however it was the only location available closest to me with the equipment I needed. The U-Haul itself was fine and got the job done.
