I ordered a furniture cart that was not on the truck. I was still charged for it even though on the initial check in I noted it wasn't on the truck.

Samuel PThe inside can was a mess. Cup holder and dash needed a good wipe down. There was also a small pool of water in the door handle which was not pleasant to be surprised by. Truck itself ran great. The staff were organized and ready for me.
Josh BBest uhaul experience ever
SHANE PIt was very close to where I needed to move, but when I got there check-in was horrible with uhaul app. Next after spending about 30 minutes jumping through apps hoops I finally got the keys. Next I went to check out everything and it didn’t have all the blankets inside I paid for, and the vehicles check engine light was on 🤦♂️ I did drive it because I wasn’t going to spend another other minute waiting around for customer service. Now I have to wait to see if they are going to refund me blanket fee. I would never use that location for pickup again, but maybe just for a drop-off would be fine.
