Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI specially asked if I can pay with cash - was told yes and mentioned $100 security deposit which can be refunded back at the drop off location. No cash given back, so basically now $100 security deposit is stuck now for god knows how many business days.
harsimran sThey said I lost the truck because they were too lazy to check the drip box
DAWSON BI put no for helpful, as it was an after hours drop off,so I had no human interaction.
Erik WWe did end up getting the uhaul but not at the preferred location then plus none of the equipment was available like the appliance dolly and the furniture pads. So in the end it wasn't as convenient for everything. We had to hire a guy with a truck and appliance dolly. When we could have done it our selves with the uhaul. But yet the truck was good
