This location is always understaffed, just one person to run everything. Lady in front me waited an hour just to get into a storage unit. Good luck getting your reservation to stick if it is not booked in advance. They moved one of my reservations to a location on the other side of town, without telling me, so they can avoid the $50 reservation guarantee. I had to go somewhere else to get the specific size trailer I needed. Avoid if possible. Thomas tried to keep up but there was only so much one man can do with. Line full of people (always).JOSEPH H.

This is a Uhaul owned and operated tacility so they have lots of equipment and supplies available. With that said the checkin for a straight forward trailer rental (no mileage to verify, no fuel to check, etc) took over 30 minutes. This is usually a drop and go type of process but they seemed confused by our Uhaul generated rental contract for some reason. The employee that met us at checkin turned us over to the manager right away and left. Meanwhile, the manager was dealing with two confused rentals ahead of us. When he finally paid attention to us I noted that we're on the way to the airport and needed to get going. Within minutes he announced that he'd take care of the checkin and we should head to the airport. 30 minutes for that! Why couldn't the first employee have done that?Tim S.
The customer service on the front end was excellent. When I attempted close out on the website upon returning the truck there were some technical difficulties. The truck was clean and ran well. The running lights were burnt out/malfunctioning which put me at risk for a ticket. I attempted to contact a representative via phone but no answer. Other than the site and truck running lights issues it was a successful move. Thank youBRANDON O.
This was a terrible experience. Like terrible. 1. I did the self check in and still had to wait for the gal to help the customer before I got my keys. I wait 10 mins. 2. They didn't have any of my dolly or mats in the back of my unit. I drove home and then had to come back and get the supplies. 3. When I came back to collect the dolly and pads, the gal who was helping everyone was in the bathroom and another black gal was just sitting on her office and kept telling us...â€she'll be right with you. â€œ I thinking to myself, fleet off your butt and help us, there were at least 10 people in the place waiting. I waited for a total of 1.5 hours to get everything I need.Michael C.

Dawn was fantastic about everything! However I didn't like being talked to like I was a child after doing a move and was obviously very hot and tired while standing in line! I didn't like being talked to like I was a child! Dawn however, was so very nice and caring and is just fantastic! I would go there again because of her as she cares about her customers!CATHERINE M.

The plastic partitions between staff and customers needs to go back about a foot so customers aren't reaching under it to utilize the credit card terminal. Arms don't bend that way easily.JACOB B.
The staff at this location where outstanding I usually go to 51st ave and Glendale but since changing managers the service has been difficult and lack of equipment the manager is not helpfulBradley A.
As always there needs to be more help there so the wait isn't so long and customers can get in and out faster. The hours were good though. If UHaul would pay their people more overall then they would be able to keep help.JULIE T.
I rented the 26' truck Saturday 4-24 for 24 hours and 50 miles, but only used it 6 hours and used 47 miles. I returned it around 6:20pm and when I went inside and waited for 5min, no one was around I had to go find someone to give the key to. Sunday comes around and I get a voice-mail about me not returning the key, I called and they said it was their mistake. Monday 4-26 5:50pm and I finally received the recipet, it was for $37 more. I supposedly used 77 miles when that's not possible. I returned it with 47 out of the 50 miles I said I was going to use. I tried to call but they were closed. I will go down tomorrow to clear this up and correct the final amount. This is ridiculous someone had to have used the truck after me. I am going to ask for them to review the tapes and I hope the trucks have GPS. Horrible and irresponsible on uhauls part. Wish I could give a NO STAR RATING.ANTONIO R.
