I was supposed to have a month free and was told repeatedly it was going to be applied and never was. Called 8 times to get it resolved. I called to say i closed my unit and was told it was taken care of and weeks later was told I was supposed to come in person (not needed at the other 2 locations I've used.) I still have not been refunded from January 1st

After getting everything set up we were not walked out to our unit and there was a lock on it. We had to go back in and wait for a while until someone could walk us out and unlock it.
