The pick up spot had shut down there U-Haul operation and was waiting to start back up again, so my reservation ended up being transferred to another location and I made aware of that before I had to be rerouted I could not use my app. My reservation was for 8 AM. Did not end up getting rental until 930. Very unorganized.

i don’t know why they charged me 92$ extra for this is pathetic the way they just go to your account and take the money and these a contract with my signature that i never signed i would never rent a u-haul specifically at this location
Valencia DWe ordered/ requested a half dozen moving pads which were not provided. The person at the Loren Food Mart who has the keys first told me he had nothing to do with uhaul and that I needed to use the app to get access to the truck. When I called customer service and walked through the process of opening the lock box on the side of the building customer service confirmed the person behind the counter in the mart had the keys. When I went back in and told him what she had said only then did he give me the keys. This is a smudge on U-Haul’s reputation.
Sarah LTruck was dirty & the equipment unsecured. The pick up process was horrible and wasted an hour on getting the truck.
Pedro MMy quote was $50 with tax $68 I picked up the truck with half of a tanks drove 10 miles total using the vehicle for 2 hours I was charged $189 . This was not the best experience.
