First I was scheduled to pick up at Central Park plantation Fl at 10:45am when I got there they were closed and had a sign to use the app. The app was not working for me so I called customer service they told me my reservation was Switched to another location and the store should have notified me. It was 3.5 miles out of my way. By the time I got my U-Haul it was 12:30 due to the app not working and me calling up multiple times. I know no one here really cares but it was a huge inconvenience also I had to use more miles on my U-Haul due to me driving to a different location which cost me more money. Will never use U-Haul again!!!

Garvendy JMake sure they know there is no check-in at a counter. You have to do all the information in advance otherwise you're standing in the parking lot trying to get it all done for 15 minutes. Extra add-ons probably won't be in the vehicle. Single women don't go by yourself...
