Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNot clear that they support U-Haul at all. I had to walk around the facility to get any sort of question answered. My rental did not match the equipment I cancelled and was almost charged with it. I’m an easy going customer and hate to complain about my experience but this was a genuinely horrible experience both in Utah and NH. Shoutout however to the phone support reps that were easy to reach and super supportive. They made the experience bearable
Morgan SThe guys did a great job getting me out on time. The truck was an excellent condition.
DAVID GThe Sunoco U-Haul staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.
MATTHEW Pamazed at how easy both pick up and drop off were. Great customer service; friendly staff.
