The person at the counter was very rude and confrontational. When he saw my car parked next to where other customers parked he said that he would tow my car if I didn’t move it. Correct me if I’m wrong, how can you tow your customers car that is giving you business? I have never been treated by people like that and this will be the last time I will ever rent Uhaul again. Let me mention that I been a loyal Uhaul customers for over 20 years. Bye bye Uhaul

Planning a move I've visited this location 2 or 3 times in the past few weeks. For the final move into a U-Box for the cross country transport, Cora was effective and in-charge getting things set-up for us. Then when we were running late for our 3rd and final drop-off into the U-Box the team was gracious enough get us access although it was nearing closing time - great effort.

Employees were very customer service oriented very friendly. The only complaint I have is I was getting charge for 60 miles of travel because the mileage on my contract was incorrect and me as a customer is assuming that all the information is correct. I went a total of approximately 7 miles it was being charge for 60+ miles. The employee worked with me but I still end up paying $118 when it should’ve been less than the estimated $63 so I was very disappointed that I almost paid double what it should’ve been because the information on the contract was incorrect and I had no way of proving it. I will be very hesitant to use the service again if I do I would have to be a better consumer and double check everything because the information being supplied by your company on contracts is incorrect. I have shared my experience on my Facebook and Twitter accounts to warn others to double check contract before leaving because information supplied isn’t correct and your company doesn’t have to supply back up that what is on contract is correct. I wanted to see last contract for the truck I rented to verify mileage.

I requested a truck with 7' of clearance inside the box. The truck I received advertised 7'2" but the actual measurement inside was about 6'2"(15' truck). When ordering the truck, I confirmed my need for 7' of clearance with the operator, she confirmed the 15' truck had 7'2" inside the box. I was VERY disappointed! We had to lay items on their side instead of upright. The dimensions on your website and the info your operators have is wrong or deceiving. Please fix your information.

My experience was a nightmare. I rented the equipment at another store, but they overbooked. I had to try to book at this location, but when you call, you get a national call line, who can't confirm whether they have trucks available. Oh, and I paid extra for the mileage to get back and forth from a place way out of my way.

Better customer service. I went to turn in my van. I pulled in and a truck pulled in behind me. The employee went right to the driver of the 2nd vehicle. I went inside to return my keys and was told the returns are outside I went back outside and the employee was still checking in the truck that was behind the van that I was returning. After 10 minutes of listening to the employee and customer socializing, I just left the key in the car and went home. The employee never even acknowledged me even though my van was the 1st in line.

The two women working at the front desk were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that not only my van rental went smoothly, but also helped with the storage rental and making sure I was 100% satisfied with the experience. I'm 110% satisfied!

I rented 17' truck from this location. I was told that there would be 3/8 gas in the tank. But I found only 1/4 to be available. Since I was in a hurry, I took a picture of the dashboard and didn't look into the text message. On calling the rental store, learnt that I would have to upload the image before leaving the location itself. I would appreciate if u-haul has a better way to rectify this kind of customer mistakes.
