Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFront desk service was not good from both the male and female that assisted with check in. They didn’t show me where my unit was until I asked. No one suggested straps which the movers said should have been suggested with a truck that size…so all my stuff fell to the back of the truck when going up that huge hill to the unit so several items were damaged, and it took us twice as long to unload. They also didn’t tell me how to open the storage with that card so an alarm went off. I later found out the card I was given was for the storage check in…no one mentioned it they just had me swipe it and said this is for you…I also didn’t realize it was all gravel at the unit so unloading was hard especially with large items. I wasn’t shown where the key drop was so I had to look around for it. The truck I got was supposed to to be one price but I apparently paid double…all n all this was a horrible experience from start to finish. I was overcharged given poor customer service not educated on how to use anything at the facility and my stuff was damaged. I will for sure be using another company when I move all my broken items and furniture out of your location. I’m just really upset and know I’m going to be even more upset when we move in our place and open boxes to see more broken stuff. Please train them to be more friendly and to care and educate customers. I can’t say that I can recommend U-Haul to anyone after this. Just horrible from start to finish…
Adia R | Premières impressionsMy unit got broken into and then men were very nice to me and they were very helpful I was in a wheelchair and they they had the movers come and move my things out of the broken unit in the new different unit and then I couldn't get up the hill it wasn't inconvenient for me with my my condition is so big help me get the hill they they put me in their own car and drive me up to the top of the hill which is my storage unit so and back down again so I can get in there and get some of my stuff that was really nice to make them do that but I really appreciate it
charlene P | Premières impressionsI arrived late on Saturday right before closing. The front desk assisted me and everything was fine there. I was unable to access my assigned storage at that time since they were right about to close. That was fine. I went back Sunday to unload my Uhaul rented enclosed trailer. I drove all the was from Montana for this. First someone from maintenance apparently doesn’t realize that customers need to access the top left storage containers and parked right at the center of the entrance. Luckily one of the staff helped me back up the trailer. They are very obvious and inconsiderate for parking that truck there. Next, I got to the storage container and the one I was assigned did not have the master lock anywhere and had someone else’s personal lock as if they had made a mistake and assigned me the an occupied unit or some random person just used it and locked it and it was not updated on their system as occupied and gave it to me. I was on a time crunch and lost about an hour at this point. Cancelled my reservation and went to Public Storage instead and got a 10’ x 25’ actual structure storage. Not only is it a better price, in a better location, they are actually organized and know what units are actually available and DID NOT WASTE MY TIME!
HECTOR V | Expérience généraleJust hard to get to and when there are lots of trucks and vans parked on the hill, it was hard to maneuver larger trucks to get things from storage.
Kathy R | Expérience généraleReally appreciate the facility manager going above and beyond to make things right in a bad situation. All the staff was helpful and informed. Great job U-Haul!
DEBORAH H | Expérience généraleTHANK YOU!
Blanche E | Expérience généraleGreatest staff ever!
JENNIFER S | Expérience généraleMaluofiti was kind, patient and helped make our move less stressful. Many thanks!
Lynne C | Expérience généraleThe store manager was invaluable. Friendly and courteous, making my move a breeze.
Richard C | Expérience généraleEverything was great. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The wonderful lady whom helped me... made sure i understood the proper procedures on gaining access to the building. Walked me over there and made sure i got it. (The process is not hard at all, just knowing one keypad/kiosk is for the door and the other is for authorization). I had a terrible day yesterday, nothing i was trying to get done was getting accomplished. Until i stepped foot on that uhaul facility. Service was great. Thank you again.
rachel a | Premières impressionsExcellent service, professional and very friendly and accommodating
Leandro A | Premières impressionsA few things were ruined that were in the unit due to it not being insulated.
Juliana H | Expérience généraleGreat facility and great staff. Crystal was a joy to deal with and made the whole experience pleasant!
michael c | Expérience généraleThey charged me after I requested to cancel and then charged me a late fee. I called and they resolved it but still annoying because they neglected my cancelation request.
Josh A | Expérience généraleCrystal was very attentive and helped immensely with the move in process. Was very satisfied with move in process other than the online app which is slow and not easy to navigate and too many hoops to jump through
michael c | Déménagement en ligneThe customer service was so slow
FAHIMA A | Premières impressionsMy unit was at the farthest edge, and farthest back on the property. Not a problem itself, but access to my unit was blocked by another U-Haul truck that was out of service and left to sit on the back of the property--right in front of my unit. The person who showed me to the unit said he would check on getting the truck moved, but never came back. I was forced to navigate around the truck through mud and gravel in order to move items in.
Jeff S | Déménagement en ligneSeveral times, the door was locked. One time had to wait over 30 minutes to get in. Wasn't happy that there were no carts available 90 percent of the time that I needed one.
