Initially I called the Locations personnel number I had let the location reserve me a truck since they didn't have the truck i needed, well Tuesday morning I found out where I was expected to pick up the truck rented for me it was clearly to far especially because I was expecting a 10 hour use time and with extra mileage and traffic it would not be possible to adhere to the 10 hour limit. This would have added 4 hours to my day, I was told it was 9 miles from my location, of course if I was flying in a straight line there but driving would be 25 to 35 miles one way and in morning rush our traffic, so I called U-haul and they were able to reschedule for another day and for my convenience of location. Well done
