Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was able to pick up the Cargo Van at a convenient time and location. Jackie was friendly and willing to accommodate my needs. All in all, it was a positive experience.
Leslie WOverall had anything BUT a seamless experience. My pick up location was changed without any email notification. I never received a call the day before pickup as I was told I would when reserving. We showed up to original pick up location and no truck was there for us. We had to drive much further which in turn made us late for our movers who were coming to help load the truck. Check in was also quite difficult as the app would not upload any pictures of the truck-though I was AT the location still- and also wouldnt let me bypass.
