Be nice and understanding that not everyone knows exactly what to do. I arrived just before closing and they were rude. I dropped it off just before closing the older gentlemen. Just walked away inside closed the door so I put the keys in the box cause I had no instructions from either one of what to do. I know I arrived right before closing but their was no need to treat me like shit and add to a already stress time. Saying I didn't return the truck til this morning is bullshit

I did not receive either of the two dolly’s I ordered (and have thus far paid for). Hoping to receive my requested refund for that, but otherwise a clean truck and easy pickup
Alejandra GU-Haul never called 24hrs in advance of pick up to tell me of location change due to equip avail. I called them day before and was told no equip had arrived at my contracted location and that I needed to drive 79 miles to st.johnsbury, VT to pick up. That's a 1:30 hour drive in VT. Location in SJB is a filthy car repair shop. Muddy truck interior. I could have overlooked all of this if it weren't for the incredibly rude regional office people lead by a person named Dillon. He was rude, unhelpful, dismissive of my predicament and cause for me never wanting to do biz w/ U Haul again. Just rented another truck through Budget for my daughter's move.
Thomas PThe dealer is a one man repair shop. His facility is cramped, but he had what we needed and the drop off of the trailer was easy.
Mark RThere was no place to park the truck and the place was closed. When I went to pull in, I couldn't pull the truck in enough to get off the road. Luckily another customer was returning his truck and was able to guide me back out of the parking lot and helped me park on the side lot. This was so difficult and frustrating. On top of it, I couldn't find a number to call for help from U-Haul.
