The people working there were wonderful, but I couldn't even get into the bay with my truck because a motorhome and some homeless people were blocking the entrance. I didn't feel safe walking on the sidewalk in front of the location.Heather G.

Cindy Hernandez was the only employee that made our moving experience awful. We had reserved our truck over a month in advance and had done everything on our part to make sure our move would go smoothly. 5 days before we were scheduled to pick up our truck, I get a call from a very rude Cindy Hernandez. She needs to be retrained on what customer service means. When I asked her reasonable questions about our reservation, she answered me in a very annoyed tone. When I asked her to slow down with explanations (Cause ive never done this before and I couldn't understand her) she became extremely emotional and rude to me. I had to hand the phone to my partner and she raised her voice at him when it was not necessary. I work in customer service and what Miss. Hernandez provided was far from it. I hope Uhaul can provide her with the training she needs to provide future customers the service they deserve.Robert G.
The location was great. The â€œcontactlessâ€ pick up process through your mobile app is abysmal. After reserving, my confirmation email had 3 instructions. 1. Go to location 2. Sign into my account. 3. Select â€œpick up truckâ€. It didn't say â€œbring your passport of copy of your lease to verify your rental. Or â€œmake sure you have an a person we can contact to verifyâ€. Or â€œget there early, we will need to complete a few steps before like verifying your drivers licenseâ€. Or â€œyou'll need to stop by the office to get the keys, so don't walk to where the truck is parked which is a half block away and around the cornerâ€. The best thing yall can do to change my feelings, allow the customer to do the verify and license photo before they get to the vehicle at their rental time. My reservation started at 12 and I didn't drive off the lot until 12:45James E.

Make sure the receipt gets emailed when you say you wit email it. I received the contract but not the receipt. I lost out on a $90+ reimbursement from the company I work for thanks to you. i got the insurance and still had to take waste 20 minutes taking and uploading pictures of the massive amount of dents in the truck? what a bummer. plus the fear that I might be charged? I told the woman behind the counter that I got the insurance and she said "did you read the contract? I said I got the insurance so why do I need to doc the damage on the truck before I leave.. she was done explaining anything to me. I won't be back. too much money for the hassle and fear involved in the insurance part of the rental.John K.

The mobile check in process isn't efficient. I need to go to the parking lot and find the truck then walk to the office to pick up the key. Walk back to the parking lot to get the car. A better experience would be to get the keys at the office, then go to the car. Remove the inconvenience of going back and forth..Anthony Y.
Well where should I start...I will never do business with u-haul if I can help it. The turn around from pick up of the truck to drop off was unrealistic and extremely un-friendly. I feel that all U-HAUL cares about is the bottom dollar and quick turnaround to give another customer the same treatment. I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else for their moving needs.Joe M.

I was told I was taking out the van with 1/4 tank of fuel, and I didn't check that. We didn't even go 8 miles and the 'low fuel' warning light came on, so I think we left with only 1/8 of a tank. Too late to prove anything and we filled the tank to over 1/4 before returning. I didn't get a receipt for the return. Went less than the estimated mileage, so I have no way of knowing how much I was charged.TIMOTHY D.
