Olendis CDon't rent a 4x8 haul trailer with tires that are not fit for the trip ahead! I had both tires blow out on the interstate (multi state move) at separate times & was on the side of the highway w/2 dogs for over 2hrs with the first blowout! I was informed by the girl who rented me the trailer that uhaul sends someone out once a month to inspect the equipment, it's outside of their purview. I am a senior woman & this aggregious lack of care & concern with the status of equipment & what I went through made an already stressful move even more so. My anxiety is still high from it.
leighann sThe location was great, but the Uhaul experience on your phone as a mobil check in/return was a nightmare!!!! Would NOT recommend!
Wendy TDon’t be rude to customers,and don’t over charge extra for gas.I dropped the truck off and had the gas to where I got it when I picked it up and still got charged for it and when I called to question why the employee was rude and disrespectful
