Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYou guys did really good taking care of me as a customer. Thank you so much
DELORICE B | Expérience généraleNothing but great comments about the facility and the staff. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility.
John H | Expérience généraleAll my stuff in my storage was covered in mold. I paid over 100 a month to keep it safe for it to be covered in mold when I got it out
Lindsey K | Expérience généraleThe Ladies in the office were so amazing and helpful! They were always so nice to me and the place was so clean everytime I went there. One time i was so tired they let me sit awhile in the office and gave me a cold bottle of water. Great place!
Savanah B | Expérience généraleSuper helpful.
Gerald M | Expérience généralePam was wonderful and facility is clean, secure, and well maintained!!!
Leif P | Expérience généraleWe are very happy
Robert O | Expérience généraleGreat people in the office and clean property.
MAUREEN B | Expérience généraleEverything went perfectly. The staff was wonderful, and the facility was in excellent shape.
Jennifer R | Expérience généraleThe manager was always there during work hours and was very helpful the only 2 times I needed her. The first time was to get the lock, they furnished and she came right away with it, and the second was to adjust my due date by a few days so I could use their autopay. That’s so convenient. My unit was dry but clean when I moved in and it was the same when I moved out. I had to make only one phone call to let her know I was moving out and to stop the autopay and I received a email letting me know I had been removed from their active file. It was a stress free transition. I would definitely recommend their manager and their storage units.
DIANNE H | Expérience généraleExcellent customer service and reliable. I was all the way back at Florida and rented a space and the staff was so nice and friendly . Thanks again for such great service! God bless you always!
