The location was good but it would be nice to have closer dropoff location. Nobody really wants to drive 40 minutes to return the truck after just driving 1,200 miles and unloading a truck.

Had to call 3 different places to find out where the unit was to be returned. When I called to confirm this was the actual place to return the unit I was quite amazed at the lack of maturity & professionalism of the agent that answered the phone. Other than that the drop off went very well.

You need to have more employees working. When I picked up there was only 1 person working. When I went back 1 hour later to pick up another Uhal I had to wait 45 minutes to be told that you did not have any to pick up. When we dropped off the Uhal we had to wait 20 minutes because there was only 1 employee working @ 4pm.

This has overall has been one of the worst business experiences in my life. Which is not the way uhaul normally does business normally I’m very satisfied. This location has no customer service.I would never speak to some in the form she talked to me ever. Mrs Thomas is the manger with no customer service in her. On Sunday I rented my truck and returned it that night. In the morning at 7:15 I checked my email my final contract was sent I check how much I owed as far as Gas. Looked over the whole final receipt. Then that evening my bank had extra charges from U-Haul 104.00. So I called U-Haul they said it was for a two day charge I made complaint. However the next day Nicole Thomas calls me telling me truck was checked in today (even thou It was checked in on Monday)at 7:15 by two employees. 5 hours later when Nicole arrived at work she said she noticed damages right away. She stated she asked her employees if they noticed it witch they said no. She said they had how to reverse a final contract and charge me. So if you think they charge when ever they feel like it. I do not believe this is ethical or a good business practice I know I will never be going to this location for sure again and if this is not resolved quickly I will not be doing business in general with Uhaul ever again.

Upon arrival, I was notified my reservation could not be accommodated due to a flat tire. I would have appreciated a call to make other arrangements. Wasted trip. I was sent to another store where I waited 45 min to be helped, although no fault to the great associate that helped me. The store was undermanned. If using U-Haul in Spokane, please use the one on Spreag and Frea and ask for Jasmine. She is awesome.

Best Uhaul employees and service! My whole experience was wonderful. I was greeted as soon as I came in even though employees were busy. Employees showed some much appreciation for my service. I only wanted a 4 hour rental and they got me out of there within 10 mins. Well worth it! I thanked the employees for making my experience a truly wonderful ordeal!!

While providing a yes to each rating, there was a sign to wait in the rental but no one came. So I went in and no one was inside the rental facility! When they showed up and after about a 10 minute wait, they were helpful and nice to deal with.

First of all it’s illegal to drive without a gas cap that was missing, steering was a lot of play in the vehicle itself and as for the transaction it did not go smoothly they rented us a 26 footer and gave us the wrong truck so placing it back into the fleet was long and Annoying

I think that the customer should be made aware of the way that you charge. My original contract said $133 so that's what I figured I would be charged. There is a line at the top that says $20/day for extra days but nobody said that to me so I just was not expecting it when I got a new final contract for $195. Also when I had called on the Friday that I dropped off, I called the customer service line waited on hold for 10 minutes and then the line rang a few times and went silent for another 5 minuets before I finally hung up. I then had to call again and wait another 10 minutes on hold. When my call went through I asked what it would cost to change the trip to a round trip and the lady that spoke with said she couldn't figure out how to change it and to just go ahead and drop it off saying "it should be fine". Not a big deal except when I went to drop off they didn't know how to check it in since she didn't change it. The manager was nice though and said I could go ahead and leave and that he would take care of it. Just seems like the communication within the company isn't great and there should be a little more communication of the contract when purchasing the rental. Thanks for your time.

The service was horrable and didnt give me the correct information. It was such a hassle to get the vehicle and they didnt give me the right size truck i wanted. It cost me alot more than i was told. Their were hidden fees that i wasnt told about.

We were not given the mileage and it was not adjusted in your computer system. So, when we returned it, it had an extra 300 miles on it that we absolutely did not put on. We checked it two different ways: I caravaned with my husband by driving exactly behind him the whole time in a van. Also I asked the sales rep to allow us to go 1600 miles, an extra 100 miles beyond the location in case we had detours, etc. he didn’t put that in the note or anything. We got charged an extra 140 dollars! If this doesn’t get corrected, we won’t ever use Uhual again

My truck's alignment was way off, and the back tires looked like it was ready to blow (no tread left on them). Then, lets talk about extortion, since when was it ok to refuse to work w/my insurance if something went wrong? Your employees were saying that if we dont get the xtra insurance, we would have to pay cash up front and then go after our own insurance to be reimbursed. As a insurance employee, this is soo not true, we work with anyone in a accident (no different than if it was from a rent a car). I feel mislead, lied to and disrespected. More over, trying to reserve a truck took 20 min waiting on hold, only to be told that I only had 6 hrs with the truck and not the day. Your employees never even bothered to look at the truck when I picked it up, or when I returned it, they NEVER even gave me any paper work that I was supposed to have if i was pulled over. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND, OR GO BACK !! I liked it better as KMART. Most upsetting time and day.

My destination was Athol, ID. There's a UHaul location there about a mile from where I unloaded. There's a location in Coeur d'Alene. I lost track of how many UHaul locations I passed returning the truck. After driving 700 miles, You made me drive all the way to West Spokane Valley to drop off the truck. I don't appreciate having to do YOUR job for you. I don't care what location needs the truck next. What if Seattle needed it? Would you have made me drop it off there?

1. Extremely long wait time . 2. One person working . When she was outside there was nobody to answer the phone or deal with other customers who had questions. 3. Although the person working was apologetic about the wait time and lack of another employee , when getting the truck they were checking their phone and didn't seem to be in any hurry . 4. No instructions about the truck . (The alignment was off and a buzzer went off while we were driving ) . The buzzer was figured out . 5. The employee offered to take 60 dollars off the cost of the rental . (Thank you )
