The drop off location was in a vehicle junk yard and the building that supposedly housed the U-Haul office was not staffed and appeared to be boarded up. Nobody answered the phone number listed for the Blue Mountain Group Inc. for hours, even after their location was reported to be "Open" via their online and physically posted hours of operation. The location was unappealing, not user friendly, not staffed by any real people, and made me very uncomfortable with leaving the rental vehicle there. I had to communicate with U-Haul enterprise customer service to confirm that my rental was dropped off safely. This should not be an official U-Haul drop-off location.
