The truck given to me had very less fuel in it. I was not sure if I could have used the truck for shifting because of less fuel.I had to pump the fuel when I picked up and also pay for miles driven at end.

Rick C.I was charged an incorrect amount. Much more than what the online quote was. When I tried to call customer service I was informed that there was nothing they could do until the rental was returned. the agents that I spoke to were not helpful at all. not sympathetic, or even offering to note the account, so that when I did return the rentals the agents knew what was going on. The other issue was when I looked online at my reservation number after I picked up my rental. It belonged to someone else. Had the same pickup location, but different dates, different drop-off points, etc. I would appreciate a call back so this can be rectified and so that I am charged the correct amount that I was quoted.
