Using the virtual assistant was akaward. The office manager was leaving for lunch so we had to work with the virtual assistant. I did not like having to use it.

Stefan NVery good experience. Only hiccup was that the blankets I requested and paid for were not in the truck. I would appreciate a refund for the blanket rental fee. Otherwise if was a smooth experience.
Matt AThe truck was leaking. It rained and my stuff got wet! The truck was also filthy with dirt. I had to go and buy plastic to put on the flooring of the truck.
