Mr Browne change the drop off location for me for location that didn't accept out of state equipment, was also closed that day, and because of that I had to drivefor over thirty minutes back to NJ from PA, also because the U-haul rep couldn't give me a closer to me drop off location

You rented a uhaul to a random stranger using my email and phone number. I called to asked about it after I got the text and email the person on the phone say they would look into it and call me back. That was a lie. I did not rent a uhaul

Made my reservation online & completed my check-in online. Opted for in store pickup. After answering a couple of quick questions I had the key & was out the door. The young man at the counter carried out a load of boxes for me, had me verify the truck condition & the gas. The entire check-out process was completed inside of 10 minutes. Returning the equipment was just as smooth.

The truck was clean but the brakes on the vehicle were absolutely atrocious. Even with a completely empty truck, the vibration was outright dangerous with the truck. Once it was full, it was even worse. It was bad enough to shake the entire steering column of the truck under braking. There is absolutely no way I would allow that truck to go out again without a proper brake service. Unbelievable that this truck was sent out on the road from a company that specializes in renting moving trucks.
