When I picked up the truck the guys at the dealership were too busy trying to sell me a truck detail and ceramic coating that he didn't pay attention to what I wanted. I told him I wanted the truck for two days but the next morning he called me and asked what my plans were for turning in the truck before he reports it missing. He told me that I only rented it for six hours and I said that wasn't the case because I needed it for two days. He said he had another customer waiting on the truck so I brought it back by 1 pm and he was closed so I left the keys in the drop box. Maybe if he spent less time trying to sell his other business products and payed attention to what the customer is asking for there wouldn't be any mistakes.
LOWELL LEasy and enjoyable experience. Operator was very helpful, posit Ive, thorough, and quick in getting me in and out. Probably the best U-Haul experience I’ve ever had.
Angela AThe only glitch was the computers weren't working properly and sign out with the truck took longer than usual. Other than that my experience was very good.
KEITH HBe honest about the size. A 15’ is only 12’ of full space. When I realized this I immediately called to exchange for a 20’. I was on hold, hung up on, told I had to return to the place I rented and they could not help me find a bigger one. I was told I was charged for a full day even though all the time I had it I was trying to get a bigger one. I definitely would not recommend to anyone. I had movers coming that I was having to pay even though I did not have a truck for them to load. I will dispute this extra one day charge that I had for little over an hour because no one would help me. I called at least 5 times trying to get to someone that could help. Horrible customer service! I hope they do listen to the recorded calls so they can hear how the people really didn’t care and did nothing to try to help.
