The rental was fine. The website should be clear that this is a self serve facility and there is NO ONE on site to check you in. The website allowed me to select CHECK IN onsite. Once I arrived to pick up the truck, I had to figure out how to check in online which burned about a half hour (downloading the app etc etc.) Once I got moving everything went as expected. The return was also done online, which took 10 more minutes. It was the added hassle factor that dropped you from an excellent to Average rental - Just let people know they will need the app to make this a smooth process.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe reserved a 10 footer truck and Mako left us the keys to a nine footer van. It was over an hour hold for customer service so I use the chat. They tried to help me on chat. I explained everything to them. I had to screenshot all the whole conversation and they had the nerve to tell me I’d be paying more money, even though Mako left me the wrong keys and the wrong car do not rent from this location because they’re gonna mess up and they’re gonna try to charge you for it
Denis Pnobody there works for u haul so there is nobody to talk to if something is wrong. my truck was there but the hand truck and moving blankets that i paid for were not and nobody there could help because they dont work for u haul.
Cameryn GThe app process needs improvements. I repeated several processes as I was prompted too. Vehicles need to be parked in well-lit areas for mobile pictures. My camera blocked my reservation and had to download the app in order to complete the pickup on my reservation. I wasted 1 hr trying to get customer support. They kindly adjusted my pickup time but was not granted that hour back upon return. Thankfully I was done before my original allocated time frame. Also, the truck I rented need an oil change. Received a dashboard message that the vehicle had 3% oil life remaining. I'm glad that nothing happened to the vehicle while I was driving it. The lock box at this location does not work. You can just go up to the lock box and turn the knob to get the keys to any of your vehicles. You might want to get someone out there to address that before someone figures it out that keys to truck are accessible.
