Normally I always have great experiences with U-Haul rentals. In today's case the rental equipment was in good condition, as expected. However, the service I received was beyond exceptional and especially astute. It's likely I won't experience service on this level of quality again until I next visit this location. I will schedule my pickups from this location whenever possible moving forward, and I highly recommend this location to all who seek seamless rental experiences. The first gentleman that signed me in gave me a new truck for no reason, which led to a confusion on mileage in the UHaul app that gave me problems at drop-off, but luckily Chris helped me with my drop-off and solved the issue with ease! Complains: 1. when I picked up the vehicle. the staff did not ask any thing about vehicle insurance. when I returned the rental vehicle, He charged me the vehicle insurance. But my Geico vehicle insurance will cover the rental vehicle insurance. I hope the insurance fee ($50.00) can be refunded. 2. I thought the rental fee is $19.95 per day. but the staff charged me double. He said that my rental period was over time which I did not change the default period (4 hours). but when I rented the vehicle online. I am not aware about it. otherwise I will chose the maximal period of 10 hours. I hope you can refund me half of the rental fee.Xiangjun S.

It took over an hour to pick up the car I ordered, and didn't get my allotted time, AND got charged 4-5x what I actually was offered. PLUS they charged me extra for being late â€” even though it was their fault! This place is ridiculous. It was the last day of the month and there was only one single person working â€” to his credit, he was awesome, but it's insane when there's a 15+ person line.CHRISTOPHER BERN N.

This was so disorganized and it was not stated that I needed to fill the tank to 1/4 or I would be charged additional $30!!! i picked the car up, it took the attendant 20+ minutes to just add my lisence details - he gave me the wrong car and keys, he didnt give me the chance to take photos of the van for damage - and I had the van for 1hr and 10 mins, I used a tiny amount of fuel to pick up something - and he never said anything about the fuel which could have cost me $8 to do myself, and when I returned it I was hit with closer to $40 and he wouldn't wave it - this whole thing cost me $95 when I was quoted $57 - I am so disappointed in everythig - especially as he never gave me a contract to read, or sign - you can see that it is unsigned in my email, he didn't go through any of the fuel/return - and expects me to pay for this!?!?anouk C.
