Reynaldo LVan had no gas didn’t make it to the nearest gas station had to get gas and walk back to put in the van the van was very dirty and was running rough due to needing a major oil change
JORGE DI was told by the staff at Pittsfield that U-Haul would give me a location for drop off in Brooklyn, and I was given a number to call. I called the number to get the drop off address and was on hold for 30 plus minutes and the call would either be dropped of an option to leave a message was given. I called back same. Then I called the other 800 number and after hold of 15 plus minutes someone finally told me they would check if this location was okay. The call was put through to a hold and finally someone I had to explain everything again to, who then said I had to call the other number again. I explained that it put me on hold and then dropped or waited for message. They said it was the only way. Finally I simply went this this location (after 2 plus hours of hold and run-a-round) and I dropped it off. The worker was gruff, unhelpful and would not give his name for me to write an email saying who I had dropped the vehicle off with. I called and spoke to Cathy (Kathy?) and she made note of my drop off apologizing for the insanity of this red tape to drop off a U-Haul, saying she would mark it dropped off in the notes and that I should be good. Next day I got a phone call that the U-Haul was late and where was it? I explained. It was not until the following day that I was told my U-Haul was dropped and my extra day charges would be removed. This was single handedly te WORSTE UHAUL experience in my life.
DAVID RCar was completely out of gas, took 15 min to set up app, and I didn’t get a confirmation email after I returned the van and completed the steps in the app. Nothing about my reservation in my account either
