It was a terrible experience and will not be using U-Haul in the future. Our van was empty of gas when we got it, there were no blankets that we ordered beforehand, we were charged twice for the entire order, the workers were rude, they were just talking on the phone over facetime with friends with their airpods in while serving us incorrectly. Easily one of the worst customer experiences I've had in my life.

The computer system was down, thus I could not check in with the desk. The man supplying the car keys did not care to help me figure out how to fix the situation. Said to check-in through the app, but the app apparently had a glitch because although I was checked in, I still couldn't get the car. Then I had to call customer service (man on the phone was helpful) and after 30 minutes, I was guided how to start a new rental. Too much time waisted. And during check in and check out, too many pictures and questions have to be answered regarding the condition of the car. There should be a person designated to come and inspect the car to help customers streamline the entire process. U-Haul rental concept is a great option to have and it's affordable, but some people working there need better training
Jacek JI was charged for the insurance even though I never accepted the charge. I would like to be reimbursed for the $30 that I never agreed to.
Haley LI ordered furniture pads and they were not there. Van was in ok shape at best.
John Hensure that your staff complete the return process for the vehicle. The pickup process was significantly delayed as the equipment wasn't available for mobile pickup until I asked staff hanging out on their phones for assistance multiple times.
