Roof leaks BAD Rightside mirrors not functional at all. rear lift door gets stuck in up position -WAS TOLD THEY ALL DO THAT.You would think that malfunction would not be an issue NEVER FIXED

The 15ft truck I rented... the passenger side mirror would completely displace while driving from normal bumps in the road. I was completely unable to see out of the right side of my truck. Luckily I had help with me, who was able to guide me when it was safe to merge over into different lanes, otherwise, I was forced to stay in the right lane. I even duck taped the mirror in place however that didn’t work as well. It seems like someone put too much grease on the mirror causing it to not stay in place. It is 100% not safe to drive and most definitely can cause accidents due to lack of Visability. Also, it rained during my commute with the truck full, and many of my items got wet including boxes, furniture and mattresses. It did not protect against weather elements at all.

Explain to customers better how to go to there text messages and return a truck properly. Explain how a picture needs to be taken of odometer and fuel gauge. The woman who rented me the truck was fantastic she was polite, kind and very knowledgeable!!! I will be renting a 15ft truck the end of July or beginning of August. I will definitely return to U-Haul!!!! Thank y’all
