The trailer was said that it has a 98" wheel base carrying capability. The ramps outside measurement is 16" shorter and fixed. This created a hardship for me and cost me many hours of labor to build my own ramps to do the job. If you're going to market this trailer for carrying vehicles with a 98" wheel base, you'll need to redesign the stationary ramps tp have an adjustable axel width range from narrow to wide. I would really like a refund, thank you.

I called the three numbers that were listed and no one ever called me back. I wasn’t able to pick up the truck until the following morning which delayed my departure. The person who worked in the office was entirely unhelpful.
ANDREW FI am moving 1,500 miles this fall and will not be renting from Uhaul. The equipment was fine, the service was not. The office of the location I rented from was closed the day I picked up the Uhaul. The Uhaul app wasn't working. I would fill in all the information but when I clicked on "contine to begin pick up" it responded with "page not found". The app's AI Chat couldn't help. A phone call to the listed phone number told me I would get a call back in 1 hour and 45 minutes!!! Eventually the app worked. I drove the Uhaul out of the location an hour and 15 minutes after I arrived, on time, for pickup. I paid for 8 hours, but had less than 7 hours of actual usage time, I couldn't get everything I had planned on done. Returning it, app failed again. Took half an hour to finish the return on the app. The customer service return phone call from that morning? 2 hours and 45 minutes later. Yeah, the "help" phone number was useless. The Uhaul was fine, no complaints. But because of the problem with the app, and no recourse when it failed, too frustrating. My first Uhaul rental was 30 years ago, and I've never rented from another company. After this experience, Uhaul has lost me as a customer.

GREGG MThe reservation transaction to the pick up invoice was not clearly explained. If I had known that the 19.95 rate changed to 99.00 I would have left without the rental.
