Patricia D | Expérience généraleAfter having been a U-Haul customer for YEARS, this is the absolute worst facility I have ever experienced anywhere around the country ! I will never store with you folks again because of the absolute horrendous service at the Alsip Illinois location. The staff here are absolutely rude at least as far as I can tell regarding white people, they lied to me telling me that I can’t put used furnishings in the RE-USE area; told me I can’t put “trash” there and if I did they would fine me $100 despite the area containing the exact same things. The facility was at that time not secure, the side door to the storage units was broken for both the months I was there; on move out day we discovered that the sliding doors were never locked and could just be pulled open by hand ! I believed that the facility was supposed to be climate controlled and it was not, unless you prefer a climate closely resembling an oven. I have pictures of the stuff stacked in the re-use area the same exact stuff has been sitting there since they lied to me that I couldn’t put stuff there despite having done so on several occasions at the various facilities where that feature was available.
WILLIAM J | Expérience généraleThey have some beautiful personality, very respectful, and I love it to all👍
sherry l | Premières impressionsMy storage was rhere for 6 years. We found everything ok. The manager was always available to talk to me when i would call and inquire and concern with the longevity of storage
elaine m | Expérience généraleKey fob wasn't working. Had to use the keypad all the time.
NONE N | Expérience généraleWe were trying to get the largest unit you guys have but they end up giving us two units saying that it was the same as the size of one big unit, but you have to remember that you have space in between the single units that’s taken away from this size actual size
