STATTINA H | Overall ExperienceI’ve had two units there, and everybody has been exceptionally nice except for one individual. His name was Montell and he was the manager. He treated me like crap, came to the storage that I was moving out to moving into another one and continuously was yelling. He’s very scandalous and he is holding units for his own people and it’s clear and I’m waiting for corporate to call me back before I file a complaint. He’s very scandalous and says he has a waiting list but I was not allowed on it. I’ve been waiting for a unit next to mine for a very long time and been fighting back-and-forth it shows that the unit is available, but he says it’s not he’s lying and he’s scandalous and he needs to be investigated
