I didn't realize the office hours differed from the storage hours, so I arrived with my trailer shortly before closing, after a 9 hour drive cross country. However, they let me park my trailer and rent a unit and were super helpful before they closed. Then, when I couldn't de-attach my trailer, one of their employees stayed late to help me unhook my trailer and make sure it was secure. As I unloaded my trailer/storage unit over the next five days everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The trolleys and elevators made moving things a breeze. I highly recommend them!!!

Sanya I | Overall ExperienceWould have an excellent rating had I got to use my coupon or promotional code that I thought I was getting being his eye rented and used all U-Haul U-Haul truck U-Haul storage U-Haul equipment but because paperwork was not filled out correctly by U-Haul distributor. No discount, which is kind of faulty that it does not let you know that so you can make sure of that before you move forward with your plans. I think that's pretty crappy, but like I said in the beginning, once you're already there to store your things and you have workers to put them up and so forth you're not going to leave to go try to find another storage facility. Thank you
