Thank you so much to the team for helping me make the right decision on where and how to store my belongings. Especially Sterlen who gave me his honest and solid guidance on an issue that concerned me due to me having very little knowledge and experience on what to do. Everyone there was great and made experience as a customer very enjoyable. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

IVAN F | First ImpressionsUHAUL really came through for me and my family. We were displaced from hurricane Milton and needed a dry place to store what items we saved. It was a huge relief when I showed up there on 10/14 and the had one 10X10 left and provided it to me free of charge with a lock for 30days. I only needed to use it for 12 thankfully 🙏
Rita R | Overall ExperienceIt was a very rough time getting thru the 2 hurricanes in St Pete. Staff was so kind, friendly & working so hard. We wiill always use U-Haul for all of our storage & moving needs!
Betty S | Overall ExperienceI have some unknown liquid damage to boxes. Some liquid was present at some point in the center of the storage locker and several boxes in that region on the floor absorbed that liquid. No idea what it was, but thankfully nothing got damaged apart from musky smelling clothes in some of those boxes. TV box seeped some of that liquid but no damage to the item inside the box. Otherwise clean, well maintained, climate controlled storage for a reasonable price. A couple small negatives were, (1) we ended lease on the 21st and received no pro-rated refund for the remainder of the month; and (2) we couldn't access the storage before and after hurricane Milton although we desperately needed to. We understand that security is more important than convenience so we appreciate the service after all is said and done.

ST. P | First ImpressionsMy rent was due on 8/11/2024, and I moved out of my unit on 8/13/2024, and they refused to prorate my rental payment for the month of August. Very unhappy after having a storage unit with the for 12 years.
