Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPlease make the gate more accessible for after hours, moving in and out. My working family was not able to get in to the storage with the Staff gone home. This caused us an additional day in movie and to the storage..
Donna O | Expérience généraleGreat customer service.
Stephanie S | Expérience généraleI was told that I was going to receive a gas refund and I didn't. Why didn't I?
Shelah M | Expérience généraleMove-in with passcode was not useful for eight hours and I had to petition my movers to come back and help me the next day After all clear we were able to get the work done.
Donna O | Déménagement en ligneThe AC was not on in the building of which my unit is attached to. Extreme heat is dangerous especially when it is already extreme heat outside.
Rochelle S | Premières impressionsNova was excellent with helping pick out just the right size bin for my needs that fit my budget. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I greatly appreciate her and I will be back.
Kyle J | Expérience généraleMy storage unit had a ton of rat droppings, boxes had been eaten through, furniture and other items was damaged severely. Had throw away a lot due to damage and rat urine. I should be fully reimbursed.
RICHARDSON D | Expérience généraleGreat location.
Rosemonde G | Premières impressionsI wanted to specifically call out the staff at this location!!!! Each and every time I’ve gone to this location in the last month, these employees have shown out!! Their customer service is immaculate! Their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure they help you is profound, and their caring is genuine. I just moved to Georgia from Wisconsin May 1st 2026 and I had to interact with this location 4 times in the last month. I have watched the staff of about 9 individuals on 4 separate occasions and I was immensely impressed! Please make sure you treat these employees correct these are special individuals that are single handedly creating a better world with their joy, smiles, and amazingly infectious attitudes. 😊 Execellent customer service is rare in today’s world but the employees at Uhual on Covington have it abundantly!
