I was told (by Anna @ DP Storage that I had to pay $20 fee to reserve the 10X10 storage unit. When we got there and my husband asked about it they said that they no knowledge of it whatsoever! So... I guess I'm out $20!

Michael A | Overall ExperienceOn several occasions the gate was not opened on time. Not by 5 minutes but by several hours. On the last time it happened to me it was literally two hours late to be opened. When I talked to the staff they first blamed the frost, which could be a plausible excuse if they haven’t been several hours late in July! They were rude when confronted and had the audacity to ask “what do you want me to do about it?”. Oh I don’t know how about open the gate! There should be a timer or something along with responsible people working there. There should be no excuse when the gate is supposed to be opened at 7 am and the folks who run it live on site.
