Robert P | Déménagement en ligneThe staff around the corner were veey helpful and thoughtful. They take good care of their costumers and are very considerate.
DURRELL C | Expérience généraleI’m very satisfied with the uhaul special going on right now! I’m loving the fact that I received atleast the first month of storage FREE! And I’m loving the fact that the special isn’t limited to only one specific size unit, it’s the monthly base price for all size units, also I’m loving the fact that I wasn’t aware what size unit I would need so then I had the option to switch my unit out once I arrived at the storage unit. It only took one quick call and everything was done and situated in my favor. I’m very satisfied and happy with the way things went here at uhaul!
Claudia P | Premières impressionsI had trouble getting in the gate two times but overall it wasn't bad once I got inside. I wish the office was closer to the storage units in case there are issues. You shouldn't have to drive 5 mins or so to go to the office if you need something addressed.
Sabrina H | Expérience généraleI rented a storage unit online using U-Hauls Rent Now option online. About an hit later I realized that I no longer needed tinge unit I reached out to the store and got no answer. However on the leasing paperwork U-Haul list an email address for the store as well as the store manager. I emailed both the store General Manager as well as the store, informing them I didn’t take possession of the unit and requested a refund. About 2days later I received an email requesting me to complete a survey about my experience. I then resent the same email to the Store as well as the general manager of the U-Haul location and got no response later went on the app and submitted a move out request and Knott in there that I never took possession of the unit that I’ve sent several emails as well as phone calls and asking someone to contact me. The following business day the U-Haul associate contacted me regarding me not posting pictures of a unit that I never took possession for which infuriated me. I asked the agent about a refund since I never use the unit never step foot on the property. Her response was unfortunately that’s not something that I would be able to handle. I’ll have my manager give you a call worst experience ever.
Rodney N | Expérience généraleI’d recommend to a friend with a warning of low entry prices then they go up twice(maybe 3 times) within one year!! No office hours at this site. You have to wait for someone from a nearby site to come and assist you. ALL OF UHAUL STAFF ARE FANTASTIC, helpful and friendly!! Rates and no office hours at this location are less than desirable.
LATEESHA P | Expérience généraleTHANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE. FOR THE 6 AND A 1 YEARS, I'VE BEEN WITH THEM
jeffrey a | Expérience généraleThe move in process was easy, hiwever the unit door is very hard to open and close and partly off track.
REGINA G | Déménagement en ligneI received the password code that never worked from day one until the day I moved out
Julia R | Expérience généraleI moved out 0n March 2026. Not April 1 2028
