Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy other unit was emptied items stolen, and taken to the dump. It included decades of family memorabilia and thousands of dollars of property. Then the management at this facility noted that the security footage was not available and a secure facility. Then the management at this facility noted that the security footage was not available and an i.e. Then the staff was evasive and pretended like people were not in the office when they were management. U-Haul senior leadership did not follow up with me at all. It’s a sorry excuse for a storage facility as well as corporation. They clearly do not live by their own core values. I would not recommend this location to anyone at any time or ever use U-Haul again for any service.
Stacey A | Expérience généraleI absolutely HATED there was only 3 bays customers had to park in to load/unload our vehicles from and one was ALWAYS used by U-Haul truck for “trash”. Also, very poor communication between office and corporate. Corporate kept calling/emailing about my bill when store manager and I had a prearranged agreement, with a note on my account. This also showed when “housekeeping” placed a lock on my unit. Though, that was easily and quickly handled. If it weren't for the lack of customer parking I’d say it was a perfect experience.
JODY S | Expérience généraleThe entire team was amazing but Aaron went over and beyond to help me with my storage! Hard off to the entire team also 😊 Thanks!
ERICA f | Expérience généraleWe had trouble figuring out exactly where we were going to return our truck rental and the many and various customer service representatives that we spoke with were so helpful and accommodating and easily made the changes that we needed. It was great that they were so well connected that they could just help us figure out the location that worked best for us and could transfer us to that location to talk to them in person. It really saved us a lot of headache because we thought we were going to have to return the truck to a different place than we were going to store which made me very unhappy. Outcome 100% satisfactory.
Jordan G | Premières impressionsAaron was so helpful today and his customer service is A1!!
WHITLEY H | Premières impressionsThe employee Joshua didn't mention it at all because he had attitude on top not wanting to help
Rochelle T | Premières impressionsI truly appreciated the courtesy and overall helpfulness of the staff during my time utilizing U-Haul. The professionalism was additionally appreciated, and my storage rental experience was really good, and I would definitely rent again in the future.
Kathy T | Expérience généraleI was dealing with a really hard time and there was a representative that was very helpful to me. I had option to pay for my storage unit in a settlement, and I was told that I had a certain amount of time to get to the actual unit to sign the papers for the settlement to retrieve my things. The day that I called to make the payment, they had already auctioned my stuff off. I had made phone calls. I had sent emails but none of it really mattered. My whole life was in that storage unit, and I lost everything due to misinformation from a representative I’m extremely hurt. None of my items could be retrieved.
James p | Expérience généraleEverything and everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, and resourceful. I welcome the opportunity and would recommend any of my friends or family to utilize your facilities.
Donald B | Expérience généraleStaff was great. Especially the gentleman with the long braids and tattoos. He was very helpful.
HUMPHREY T | Expérience généraleEverything was great with the exception of elevators. This is the 1st storage facility I have used in the last decade with units on multiple floors without elevators. It would be difficult moving heavy bulky items up one/two flights of stairs.
Melissa W | Déménagement en ligneThe one year price lock and commitment by your CEO to not predatorially and algorithmically raise prices is 100% why we chose you!
Holiday E | Premières impressionsThe location was very busy but well staffed and the staff was very pleasant and working hard.
