LYNDA S | Overall ExperienceI saw myself coming and going when I moved from Bend to Eugene, OR. Your team no matter how busy they were, took care of me and my back and forth with storage units. They were very patient and took care of me every step of the way no matter what hiccup came about. If necessary, I would return and use this U-Haul location again.
Brian M | Overall ExperienceThe genuine empathy and kindness as well as the customer service that was beyond above exceptional demonstrated not only by the store Manager Michael, but as well as every associate I encountered at this location. I would and will absolutely recommend this location specifically to my friends, family, and the community. I utilized U haul for several different occasions in November and I can honestly say that in all my interactions with either customer service via phone or the local store associates, they all went above and beyond ensuring I was not only taken care of but made it a priority to make sure all of my needs were met and also anticipated! It is very rare to experience such great service consistently like this. U haul not only has hired genuine kind people that are good at their jobs (and they also seem to be happy to be there) they are also doing a great job in training where it is very clear they take customer satisfaction seriously and to the next level. Great job U- Haul! Can’t wait for the next time I get to use your services.

DAVID B | First ImpressionsI rented both a van and storage unit from Uhaul thiknking it would be convenient, but I was wrong. I didn't catch that they were in 2 different locations, then I experienced issues: I had signed up online thinking I was getting an easy-to-access storage room based on its description, only to discover the unit was unstairs and there was NO ELEVATOR! Parking was difficult because the rental fleet was parked where it would have been convenient to park while unloading my stuff into the storage building, which is a repurposed building, no not designed for ease of use. The check in and door opening keypad didn't work 1/2 the time so I had to wait in line at the office, which was a distance away, to get someone out to use their override code to open the doors. People were keeping the electric sliding door propted open so I was concerned for the security of my belongings while moving in and out. In addition to the physical inconveniences, the rent kept rising. I only recall receiving one email notification of the increases ($94/mo. to ultimately $104 over 4 months). The UHaul app sucks! I tried to use it while waiting in a long line at the storage rental desk to return a vehicle.but ultimately had to complete the return in person.

MAIJA E | Overall ExperienceIt should be made explicitly clear that you do not prorate the extra days left in the month after a client has moved out early. Honestly a really sad and frustrating situation. Also took several weeks to fix a broken door to access the storage units. Pretty disappointing.
Kalhan S | Overall ExperienceI have had this storage unit since 1980 , and I was robbed in 2019. But since that time they have made the area more secure with bigger gates and better lighting. I like the new management, too. He is always available.

rodney m | First ImpressionsWe rented a 10x20 unit for nine months. If we had been aware of the rat issue we would have packed differently. We did have to toss several fabric items due to the rat activity and found a dead rat with maggots when we moved out. Other than the rat issue the unit was clean and secure.
Katrina H | Overall ExperienceWe rented a small unit in the environmental conditioned building. It was always clean and our unit stayed clean as well. Parking for access to this building is a little inconvenient but the provided flat carts to made up for it. Only complaint was that the storage staff don't start until 11am and the truck rental staff in the morning are rude and consistently don't want to assist with anything storage related.
Katrina H | Overall ExperienceOur smaller unit was on the second floor at the far end making it incredibly difficult to load and unload our truck. There is one flight of stairs and no elevator. Our main unit was fine but the rolling bay door was too low making it difficult to store store taller items
TRAVIS W | Online Move InConcerned about rodents with all the traps everywhere, there was like stuffing? Everywhere in the building I was in. doors have no way to keep open to move things in. Couldn't find the office even with the map.
