Jennifer A | First ImpressionsGeneral Manager, put me into a vehicle with no A.C. When I tried to let him know he stated he was aware, so I told him that I was making a complaint due to this he stated he was downing the vehicle for repair but I’m not absolutely sure how true this is, Also he gave me the vehicle with less than 50 miles on the vehicle but he told me that I needed to bring the vehicle back at a 1/4 tank. he also stated that I did over 100 miles when arrived to drop off the vehicle, he told me to show proof I didn’t do the 100miles which I showed video proof and in all reality I only did 28 miles. Luckily I took a video of the entire vehicle before leaving the site including the dash. My phone is disabled from DATA & text and if a person did not think to record the vehicle before leaving the location, This manager would have charged the customer a rate they did not due. The integrity at this location is questionable. And I’m genuinely questioning if purchasing a storage unit from here was the right decision. I’m disappointed on my overall experience but last but not least I also agreed to moving merchandise online when I set the reservation, when I asked him about it he stated that I did not request merchandise and that if need something I would need to look for it on the sales floor.
