You had access to both of my accounts and were set up for autopay- you regularly "could not run" My card at the due date and charged me late fees, on something you didn't do. You. Essentially stole from me. Your location is corrupt.

Rosa D. | Overall ExperienceI was informed when renting during check in that I could add the U-Haul insurance by phone and via e-mail offer. I however was told at the location that they do not do insurance on units in the outside storage area and made me sign a waiver if I wished to use the space already reserved. I also was informed that my access was not 24 hours since the access gate was and has been broken waiting on a motherboard. So I was shocked to see a tow truck use the gate while I was off loading my trailer. When I mentioned it to the worker in the front he said it is intermittent. Both of these items should have been made clear prior to me reserving the space.
