The employees were all friendly and helpful
nancie m | Overall ExperienceEverything was always great, but with all the rate hikes you pushed us to find a more affordable storage place! We found a bigger unit for $70 a month cheaper and the first 4 months are half off! So the first 4 months are actually $140 cheaper!

That loyalty is only one way. This has nothing to do with the staff I worked with, just the trying to queens every dime you can from a Loyal Customer.

JOE R | Overall ExperienceToo many issues with the reservation. First the agent put in the wrong date for my move in & I “missed” my reservation. This caused me to lose the size I intended to rent. Second, the second agent assured me my dolly rental and free first month would be reflected and it wasn’t.
