U-Haul; I had such a wonderful experience. The staff member I worked with was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was well informed. This was the best U-Haul experience that I’ve had and that staff member surely deserves a raise and recognition for her stellar customer service.

MICHELLE L | First Impressionshello, I want to say Heather the girl that works in the afternoon was extremely helpful, she helped us removing the last things from the unit I had, I didn't realize the closing hrs, it was already 7pm and we still had things to removed, Heather noticed that we were in a rush to get everything out, and she politely offered her help, this was a blessing for us since we had only that nite to moved the stuff, i didn't want to go back the next day or to rent another truck, Heather is an angel!!! She deserves a raise!!! Thank you!
