Some folks on the staff have excellent customer service but they cannot make up for the rude ones. The automatic doors to pickup storage are hit or miss if they work. The loading is packed with PODs so haf time cannot access to load or unload. Sometimes they lock all access door when office closes even though signs state we have access until 10pm without having to have a code. It's so inconsistent. Great location, but I would recommend my friend's try other locations 1st.

The same goes for equipment rentals we’ve done there and will continue to do. So glad we moved our stuff there from the neighboring Public Storage, where the staff tried, but were hamstrung by corporate, who misrepresented the size of units and jacked up our rate considerably within just a few months of our move in.

Current manager Joseph Peaches was rude, arrogant and unhelpful. He parked his own trucks in my spot and all over the lot so we couldn’t get our campers in and out. When we asked for help he blew us off and said we couldn’t tell him how to run his business. I will never use again. Cancelled my contract. My friend did also. Mr. Peaches just lost 2 customers.
