Very friendly and helpful staff at the Willow lawn store.
Carmen L | Overall ExperienceProblem with updating my email address. No matter how many times I updated it, my new email wasn’t used by U Haul. Poor it service.
Amber B | Overall ExperienceHave mercy I was so unorganized with the move the guy who booked my storage when I came in was wonderful then I came to pick up the truck forgot which unit several times and the lady who helped me find my storage was great and very helpful give both of these guys a gold star cause I was distressed and their attitudes were the best thank you agin

jamica b | First ImpressionsI was given a gate code and it didn't work. Talking to the right person was a nightmare. All phone calls did, was get me to another person who would transfer me to the next person...On and on.
Richard S | First ImpressionsI was trying to get sign in and pay for the container in the building, and I could not get in the building because no one was in there. So I called the number on the door and they directed me to another number, and that number directed me to another office in Willow Lawn and when I got there he said an employee just got to the building and was waiting for me to checking and I could go back to check in if I wanted to. Instead I just checked in at the Willow Lawn location which was easy to do and then drove back to the Scott's Addition Location to unload all of my equipment I was putting in my storage container. Altogether my experience took 2 hours, 1 hr 45 mins of that was trying to sign in and pay for my storage container and 15 mins was to unpack and put it in my storage unit. The Unit itself was very nice and clean.

I had to go to a busy part of town to complete the rental. Something happened to my rental and I almost got charged for a free month. Rep was nice and patient and straightened it out.
