The customer service was amazing. Everyone was helpful to me with making the best choices, when I was too overwhelmed too think straight. This experience was almost seemless from renting the van to getting the storage to moving in and out the storage. You have amazing staff.

Vannessa N | First ImpressionsThe only issue was when all the locks got changed and we didn’t get notified. Once we attempted to enter the unit it took about a week to get a working key to access it. Other than that the unit was clean (besides the expected mouse droppings) and dry at all times.

Facility was generally clean, but I gave a "No" answer above because potholes in between units should be filled. 7 pm is early to close gates, and paying extra for later hours should not be necessary. Always had vehicles ready on time.
