BELONGINGS DAMAGED. Our belongings were damaged and some things weren't salvageable due to mold and moisture. There was also water in our storage unit. The storage units aren't lit and the lights in the hallway shut off all the time.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOur company kept this storage unit for over 10 years. Very easy in and out, helpful support, and a great space for storage. Added convenience with the dollies and bathroom available. Definitely an ideal spot for all storage needs.
IAN L | Expérience généraleMark was very friendly and understood my concerns . Thanks for your great customer service .
CHANTAL P | Premières impressionsKey card that I was given did not work for the storage unit. have a truck full of items and cannot return truck because I have no where to store my belongings.
Kea B | Premières impressionsEXCELLENT STAFF COMPLETELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!
Mike L | Premières impressionsYou got mice. Plus door would left open at times.
SCOTT D | Expérience généraleThroughout the process the GM made my life more stressful for no reason, I had to seek out the regional manager, who helped with the process but shortly after the General Manager persisted with the poor treatment and zero awareness of me as an individual. I don’t have the energy to list the multiple inconveniences & poor treatment, please reference any cases associated with my account. Overall the experience was extremely difficult and challenging , solely due to the unprofessionalism and bully-antics by the extremely incompetent General Manager Susan. She is not a good person.
BRIAN F | Expérience généraleNo issues, they were extremely helpful
DUANE W | Premières impressionsEveryone was really nice, polite & very courteous I’d definitely recommend Uhaul on east Washington Street if anyone is in need of of a storage unit or a truck & trailer for moving go check them out…
JAMES C | Expérience généraleThey put a lock on my storage bin 10 days before my payment was due and i was trying to move out 10 days before because i didn’t need it anymore. I called 8 times spoke to 8 people about removing it and no one came until after the 10 days and i couldn’t get in. I cut the lock myself and moved most of it out. When i came back to get my washer and dryer They charged me for the next months rent and locked me out.
Breanna B | Expérience généraleThe storage room doesn’t have a light in it. It is very dark.
Darryl S | Déménagement en ligneThe only thing that I would love..is that the local phones be answered..but everyone was always professional!!!!
