Jon S | Overall ExperienceShadeland Ave. Uhaul has to be the worst place to do any business. I was treated like I didn't matter my property didn't matter. I will never do business again with them. The employee's were rude short and treated me with disregard. I started renting in November and left 5/19/2024. Let me give advice never lock up a good paying customer's things without letting them know. I swept out the smelly unit and have pictures to prove that. I emailed Uhaul Shadeland. And I will never send anyone their way ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Monica W | Overall ExperienceMy storage was old and damaged. It was hard to close and secure the sliding lock. It was off track.

I now have to file a claim in hopes that the problem is resolved and my damaged items replaced while I’m in the process of trying to move which is already stressful in itself.
