When accessing my unit, the light kept going off. There is no light inside of my unit, just outside of it. The light is motion sensor so when I was inside of my unit searching for things, I was searching in complete darkness , extremely frustrating! Definitely no air conditioning inside because I was sweating like crazy while I was in my unit.

Bolin W | First ImpressionsI reached out multiple times to the staff at this location to request a refund after they charged me for what was supposed to be a free month. Multiple times I was told someone from management would call me the following day and then never heard from them. One staff actually gave me the answer “you don’t get to choose what free month it is” even though the lady who initially set me up said it was the first month & there are signs plastered in the store saying “FIRST month free”. Horrible experience, going to tell all friends to avoid this place at all costs. Stole my money!!!
