Always friendly, kept great security on our unit. Always contacted us when unit wasn't locked properly. (Our kids didn't properly secure it 2 different times.) They always contacted us. Would and will use them again.
Robert T | Overall ExperienceIf it weren’t for the fact that I was charged incorrectly the amount and at the time I was charged I would’ve given a favorable review. I switched from my storage unit to a larger unit yesterday and wasn’t supposed to be charged until next month as I was told by the employee who was helping with my transaction. Not only was I charged after being told that wouldn’t happen, for some reason they closed out my new unit & I don’t have access to MY UNIT. This is only a few days before Christmas & I need the money that I was told wouldn’t be charged on the card I gave as the card for auto payment starting next month.
