Nichole H | Expérience généraleHad a great experience here. Donald, the guy in the office was extremely helpful and friendly.
WILLIAM R | RéservationExcellent place great workers made everything easy and convenient
King S | Expérience généraleThe storage unit was close by and secure. I never had any issues and they were always willing to work with me. There was always someone there to ask any questions we had as well. We are very pleased with our experience and would recommend them to others.
Scott C | Expérience généraleMy storage experience was great at American Mini Storage. The drive-up accessible unit was exactly what I needed. I’ll be returning soon, as this is convenient for me in Kennesaw!
Kyle B | Expérience généraleFour units were broken into including mine. To find out there are no cameras in the back only the front. Also someone is supposed to check the premises before leaving no one called to tell me that my unit was broken into so how long were they not doing there job by checking units or property.to make sure they are secure. There are mice droppings in my unit to find a dead mice in my unit. They didn’t refund anything back to me after my property was taken from my unit. I would not refer anyone and very disappointed and dissatisfied.
MELANIE B | Expérience généraleThe storage facility wasn't open at the time of the scheduled reservation pickup. Messages left on the company’s voice-mail were not returned.
LETICIA S | RéservationThis was exactly what I needed. A price affordable storage option in Kennesaw. I’ll be back soon!
Samir D | Expérience généraleWorst storage facility ever. Wasp nests inside of unit . Only used the unit for a month and that was a month too long roof leaked damaging 2 TVs My grandmother curio cabinet and soaked my sofa.when I complained they said call my insurance co and file a claim. Why should my insurance co have to pay for their unmaintained facility. When I asked for the owners name the manager refused to give it to me. He stated that he would give him my name and number and have him call. Yeah right! If you care about your belongings pay a little more and save yourself a lot of headaches. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Beth T | Expérience généraleStaff were always courteous and helpful. We answered NO to question 1 due to fact facility needs major renovation and/or repairs. The staff did keep the facility clean of trash etc.. The facility is in a prime location and customers are likely to pay a bit more if facility has newer units with wider road access. It was due to the narrow roads/accessibility that we choose to move to another facility, not due to location or the staff.
Chris M | Expérience généraleThe staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is older , but it is reflected in the good price . Great location, safe , and secure .
ralph s | Expérience généraleThe U-Haul reservation this reservation unit was attached expired so I had to get a u-haul at another location and ended up getting storage at that location too.
Olawunmi B | RéservationStaff is friendly, location easy to find. The unit I rented was clean but not sealed against the weather, you can see light coming through the back wall
Tim P | RéservationFacility appeared neat and clean. Decided against location due to distance. Thank you.
MARK R | RéservationThe driveways are narrow. No way to turn down aisles with 20 ft truck. Cracks in pavement make it hard to push dolly. But price is right, and Brittney, the manager, is very friendly and helpful.
Privacy R | Premières impressionsNot your fault, I couldn`t tell if my reservation went through. Your facility is very nice and convenient!
