This facility was less than adequate. Yesterday upon move out when we arrived, there were homeless people outside the facility doors. There was a dead Canadian goose within 20 feet of the entry doors that had been there for at least 6 days as I saw and smelled it the week before when I was there. I killed a cockroach in the hallway upon entry to the facility. The facility was overall dirty and staff is not friendly. We will not rent another unit at this location.

Kathryn H | Overall ExperienceFacilities were good, access was good, hours were good. If you were just a bit late on your very high monthly rental, they send an email that is harsh, aggressive and "lien is being placed" language. Their only true concern is collecting that rent money each month. My suggestion is calm down and tone down your messaging. Folks need a better, kinder approach.
James E | Overall ExperienceMy 2 years using UHAUL storage at E Stone Dr was excellent. I felt safe, staff was available and helpful and I used two different size units and found both very clean and useful for my storage needs. I will recommend to friends who have storage needs.
RODD R | Overall ExperienceOverall it was a good experience. I was, however paying for climate controlled space for my mother’s estate pieces, and for 3 months there was no A/C. I feel I deserve some compensation.
melissa w | Overall ExperienceThe unit I was rented was too small and actually had a beam in the middle of the unit taking up space. Very inconvenient for a large piece of furniture storage. We ended up canceling this unit and renting a larger one. I would have liked to have known about the beam beforehand. It would have saved a great deal of manpower.
Candith H | Overall ExperienceThis is the second time that I have rented a large storage unit from this facility. The first time everything went well. This last time, I had to move out due to a bunch of my antique furniture, getting warped from all of the humidity and heat caused by the air conditioning, not working. When I asked For some type of compensation off Of my storage unit while the AC was not working, and they told me they could not. I moved out immediately. They made way too much money off of me already. The only thing that I can highly recommend anyone, is that you only rent a truck from here and not a storage unit. You’re going to pay way too much, and at the end, your stuff will be ruined like mine. It’s really upsetting and will unfortunately not be using them again myself.
