I was really needing the 24hour access and had to go to universal storage because of that. My hours are 3rd shift so I sleep all day and needed after hours access

After 15 months of renting at this facility, all I wanted was to cover the cost of buying plastic containers to get my belongings out of cardboard. Would not recommend.

Billy F. | Online Move InKelly was very helpful and courteous and answered all my questions. Only negative thing to say is that my card doesn't work very well. When I swipe for the alarm, it welcomes me but then when I go to swipe for the door, it denies me over and over and over. Then I go back to swipe again for the alarm and go back to swipe for the door and it works but it takes seven or eight tries to get the doors to open. It always turns off the alarm, but it doesn't always swipe for the doors.

Cesar A. | First ImpressionsFacility is very nice, great truck selection and availability. Female store staff are not very helpful nor friendly. I have had to go into the office at least 4 separate times and same experience everytime. Usually 2-3 women there, been served by 3 different women. Same bad experience, rude, doesn't greet or acknowledge you, short, unhelpful and just leave upset. This is not typical for other uhaul places. Very disappointed.
