aldrin D | First ImpressionsAll workers I encounter where super helpful and nice and polite I felt blessed..place very cleaned storages same .. only thing I have a concerned because sometimes homeless people enter the storage place and walk around the facility inside that's a scary specially if u are their alone u never know what can happen other then that it's ok

Juliette M | Overall ExperienceIt would have been nice to have my second storage unit close to or next to my existing storage unit. I'm on the opposite side of the building. Not to mention it would be very convenient to have one access code if you have multiple storage unit rentals at U-Haul that way the alarm doesn't go off if you're taking stuff from one unit to the next . And also not having to check in for both units simultaneously at the front door.
Jesus J | Online Move InSo I got a deal for a 15' truck and a storage unit and I was told I was going to get my deposit back after returning the truck at India gas station and turns out I couldnt get my cash back that was Tuesday today Thursday I went to the pick up location and I was told that someone was going to contact me and I am still waiting on that phone call
