He first helped me figure out how to put a lock on the truck and then when I came to empty and drop off the truck, he helped me make sure I didn't leave anything, after I told him stuff had fallen off the seat. High marks for the guy wearing the cool looking black hat!

O'Keith M | Overall ExperienceWe received a lock from uhaul and it worked multiple times and then one day it didn’t. (Nothing changed so not sure why it wouldn’t open) we had to pay a locksmith $100 to come cut it off which did not seem fair at all. Not sure it the combo locks are faulty or what happened. Also the employee never told me to check out or I’d be locked out. This was my first storage unit and I was not given any details about checking in and out.
