FELIPE L | Overall ExperienceThe two men that were working yesterday around 6pm on March 29, 2024, when I checked in did an excellent job helping me get acclimated to the storage unit. I didn't get their names but there were two Hispanic men one with face jewelry and beard and a shorter heavier set mustached man. The heavier set man moustached man walked me personally through the facility although he said that he was new spoke to me as a true professional, recognizing my Military Veteran Service as a US Air Force Desert Storm Veteran. He gave me the perfect experience in settling into my new storage unit. Because of him I will make recommendations if anyone (including Veterans) I know needs to obtain any services including storage to seek Services at your facility. Thank you, Ed Clemena
