Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe gate was wide opened a lot of times .
Medardo M | Expérience généraleI'm mainly not happy with the fact that my after hours pickup of the truck was not prepped, so I had to go to a different uhaul renter to get the truck to come back to the storage unit. I was not aware that the unit was an actual truck cargo area and was not a desirable unit. Additionally, the lock wasn't in the unit and the area outside the units was a gravel area and not conducive for my move, so I had to have the unit transferred, but was told that I had to cancel this reservation to get a different unit, but there was nobody to help me cancel it, so I had to get a storage unit at a different storage company farther away.
MAHENDRANATH R | Expérience généraleThe unit I reserved was a van body, but I didn't realize that that meant it was an actual van body. Additionally, the driving area all around these units was just gravel, so I did not move in and was told to close the contract so that my free unit offer could be applied to another unit somewhere else, but I had difficulty getting though to the employees at the facility and then whenever someone answered, I was put on hold for long periods of time, only to get hung up on!
MAHENDRANATH R | Déménagement en ligneI’m very pleased and happy to have chosen this U-Haul location, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I want to thank Jeff for helping me in all my moving needs ,highly recommend this location.Thank you again Jeff.😊

Christoper L | Expérience généraleI rent from this location 3 times and had nothing but issues. My first registration was cancelled without my knowledge did not find out until I arrived. The next day I returned and picked up the rental reserved in store, requested storage with my rental purchased a lock only to find out when I returned there was no united reserved for me. Returned a 3rd time to find my unit was locked with there lock. Called and was informed that the woman who unlocks the units is only there Mondays , Wednesdays and Fridays. So had to wait till Friday to unload my storage. And was an additional 40+ dollars because due to THEIR fudge ups, If anything I should have been charged for milage only.
MONICA S | Expérience généraleJeffrey is the BEST part of Uhaul! His customer experience is so amazing!
