RONALD M |  Réservation sorry to say but the unit leaked water and I lost a dining room table which I had sold and the furnature was blackened by the water dripping on it. Otherwise the people were very nice.
Pamela W |  Expérience générale it was a great experience, easy access.,very friendly people.
Suzan B |  Expérience générale Amazing, As long as I can purchase my monthly rent on UHAUL, I'll be very happy!
Richard W |  Réservation Very happily with this family business. Everything was easy. I will definitely go back if I need storage or moving supplies. Highly recommend. WL
Wade L |  Expérience générale This is a great place if you need storage. The owners are friendly and helpful. You won't be disappointed. Fair prices and clean spaces. I have used their services several times and never had an issue.
Michael P |  Expérience générale Had a storage unit here for almost three years, the move in and out process was easy.
Joseph M |  Expérience générale Storage unit was broken into and items were stolen.
Marie T |  ExpĂ©rience gĂ©nĂ©rale Staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Very nice 👍
Tom T |  Expérience générale Best storage facility and staff in the area! Had a unit here for 5 years Safe, secure, and affordable! Can’t ask for more! Going to miss this place! Thanks!
John M |  Expérience générale Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and well lit space. Thumbs up!
Wade L |  Réservation Overall I had a good experience choosing to open a storage unit at New England Self Storage. At first I felt the building where the storage units are to be cold and not as temperature regulated as I thought it would be but later in the day it got warmer. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the moving carts from grocery carts to all rolling moving carts.
Mary A |  Réservation Thank you!!
Alicia P |  Expérience générale Amazing staff , clean building! Thank you
Kyle M |  Expérience générale I started with 3 large units finally reduced to one. I had things stored there for 5 years. It was always well maintained and felt very secure. I highly recommend this facility and would always use it if I had the need again. The staff is always courteous and helpful. It couldn't be better, in my opinion.
Sandra C |  Expérience générale This was the 2nd time renting from here and both times, no complaints. Would highly recommend and use again if needed.
